Gib Pellet has been involved in outreach since 1969. Gib graduated from Luther Seminary in 1976 in a Master’s in Theology and Youth Outreach program. Gib’s served as an area director with Young Life, a program coordinator with the Methodist Church and has led outreach efforts in several Twin Cities communities. After raising a family and a career in reservations at Northwest Airlines Gib threw his energy into starting Common Ground Outreach in 2012. When Common Ground was approved as a 501c3 organization people started joining the team. The vision Gib has is now shared by many. We like to call it an Alliance of Hope.
